Qualification and Experience



  • BA / BS Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.

  • In-depth knowledge of Fintech and financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and with a strong work ethic


Knowledge:



  • Knowledge of Partnership relationship management for growth of new business/product offering

  • Knowledge of marketing and sourcing new clients and quality partnership with the Mkobo’s products.

  • Knowledge of direct Sales and Marketing.

  • Sound knowledge of financial products and services.

  • Strong Stakeholder Management and team player.

  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.

  • Knowledge of relationship building and customer management.

  • Self-Starter and ability to work independently
