Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty for our educational supplies and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.


• Create compelling content for diverse marketing channels (social media, email, website).


• Manage social media platforms to maintain consistent brand messaging.


• Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing strategies with business objectives.


• Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.


• Organize promotional events and collaborate with external partners.


• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, offering insights for enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail.


• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
