Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive successful marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC).
- Create and manage content for digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
Content Creation:
- Produce engaging and high-quality content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Manage and Collaborate with the design personnel to create visually appealing content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, and A/B testing.
- Analyze email marketing metrics to optimize performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with sales and product development to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns ( compulsory)
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fintech or education will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
