  • The successful candidate will serve as a strategic investment advisor to prospective franchise and distributorship investors, providing expert guidance and support.

  • Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of franchise and distributorship brands, collaborating with a network of independent brokers and a dedicated team of support professionals to drive business growth and success."


Responsibilities



  • Drive sales growth by strategically managing new and existing leads for franchise and distributorship investments

  • Prepare and present regular investment update reports to stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive investor database, providing ongoing updates and support

  • Offer expert advisory services to prospective investors, guiding their investment decisions

  • Serve as an account manager for designated franchise brands, meeting targeted expectations

  • Conduct site visits and tours with potential investors, showcasing franchisors' outlets

  • Identify and recruit brokers to promote franchise sales, training and onboarding them on role expectations

  • Manage retainer relationships with investment advisory fee-paying clients

  • Maintain updated investment prospectuses for franchise and distributorship brands

  • Collaborate with digital marketing and franchise brokers to execute successful investment promotion activities

  • Organize investment and networking events (e.g., Franchise Matchmaking Forum, Business Exhibitions, Investor's Forum) to drive franchise sales, fundraising, and partnerships

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to support consultants, ensuring team productivity and high-quality work

  • Foster collaboration with team members to achieve consistent results

  • Meet targets measured by franchise/distributorship investment sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction KPIs.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in business development.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Strong experience in business development and HNI relationship management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.

  • Demonstrated high-level analytical & problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex sets of data and develop compelling investment pitches.

  • Possession of an MBA or relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
