Responsibilities



  • Oversee all aspects of the operation, including food preparation, service, inventory control, budgeting, and staff scheduling.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize workflow and productivity.

  • Manage food costs and minimize waste.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc / HND in a relevant field from any reputable higher institution.

  • 4-6 years of experience in food service operations management.

  • Proven track record of success in achieving operational goals.

  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems (a plus).
