Responsibilities

• Design and deploy maintenance strategy for process and packing plant and ancillaries’ equipment.

  • Run and maintain Utilities at agreed KPI.
  
  
  
  


• Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers.


• Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers.


• managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.


• Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety, and time constraints.


• Using improvement methodologies for phenomena analysis

• Deliver 8hrs training per engineers, technicians and technical operators

Requirement

• Possess a university degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.


• 5-10 + years’ work experience in a similar position


• Basic knowledge of engineering systems, maintenance practices as applicable to FMCG/Good manufacturing environments


• Proficiency in the use of Proactive planned maintenance tools ( CMMS , SAP-PM etc)


• Must be computer literate (ms-word, Ms-excel, access)
