JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients including schools, companies, and associations.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, companies, and associations.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the benefits of our high-end dental procedures.
Deal Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate and close high-end procedure deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Zoom36 Dental Care.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of the procedures offered and their benefits.
Client Follow-Up
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Business Manager.
- Track and report on sales performance and progress toward targets.
- Traveling is required for client meetings and presentations.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules.
