Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for property listings, promotional materials, and social media platforms.


• Create engaging graphics, animations, and visual effects to complement video content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content strategies.


• Ensure all video and graphic content aligns with our brand guidelines and enhances our company's image.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video editing and graphic design.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer, preferably in the real estate industry.


• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).


• Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and graphic design skills.


• Excellent visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.


• Experience with motion graphics and animation.


• Familiarity with real estate marketing and property showcasing.


• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
