Job Description

The Head, Retail Management would be responsible for the leading the team, evaluating risks inherent in portfolios under management and maintaining current and forward ratings and relative value recommendations on companies for investment purposes. They also liaise continuously with Investment Management on ways of improving the investment management process. The Head, Risk Management provides relevant input to Investment Committee and Risk Management Committee as it relates to portfolio risks and ensure an interactive, engaging and quality RCSA that helps reduce the units’ risk porosity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.sc in any numerate field


• Certifications in Risk Management related fields e.g. ACMA, ACA, CFA, FRM


• Advanced /Professional Degree or Professional Qualification in Business is a minimum advantage.


• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience with at least 4 years spent in the Financial Sector and 4 years in top management position
