Our client is a leading manufacturing company with diversified business interests in consumer goods, fintech, infrastructure and industrials. We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our team. The CSO will be responsible for developing and implementing our comprehensive security strategy to ensure the protection of our employees, assets, and information. This role requires a strategic leader who can collaborate effectively across departments to mitigate risks and safeguard our operations.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, employees, and information.

  • Oversee physical security measures, including facilities, access controls, and emergency response protocols.

  • Manage cybersecurity initiatives, including threat detection, incident response, and network security.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.

  • Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in security management.


Requirements



  • 5 years proven experience as a Chief Security Officer or similar role in a large organization.

  • Strong rapport with other security agencies

  • Strong background in security operations, risk management, and crisis management.

  • In-depth knowledge of physical security systems, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
