Responsibilities



  • Overseeing specific departments such as housekeeping, maintenance and laundry or front desk and restaurants departments.

  • Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.

  • Ensure that quality services are rendered per time.

  • Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.

  • Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.

  • Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in English and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.

  • Working knowledge of hotel management software, reservation systems, and point-of-sale platforms.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make informed decisions under pressure.

  • Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control.

  • Certification or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
