Role Description

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the PPP (Public-Private Partnerships) and EPC + F (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction + Financing) sectors.


• This role requires a strategic thinker who can create projects from existing problems, develop them into comprehensive proposals, and manage the tendering process to drive the growth of AEC Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors


• Proven track record of developing successful PPP and EPC + F projects


• Strong understanding of the Nigerian infrastructure development landscape.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong networking and relationship-building skills


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Knowledge of the engineering and consulting industry


• Ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends


• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies


• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Membership in professional engineering or business organizations is a plus
