  • We are seeking a diligent and organized storekeeper to join our team in Ikeja.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.

  • The Storekeeper will play a crucial role in managing stock levels, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring the store is well organized and secure.


Requirements



  • HND/ BSC in Business administration, Accounting, logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing stock.

  • Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly manner.

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all stock movements.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Manage the storage of goods to maximize space utilization.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery of goods.

  • Prepare reports on inventory status and stock movements.

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of goods.
