Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Associate at Advanced Engineering Consultants - Nigeria.


• The Creative Associate will be responsible for daily tasks related to communication, graphics, creativity skills, graphic design, branding and other related duties.


• The role is primarily based in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create graphics and content for various projects, ensuring consistency with AEC’s branding and visual identity.


• Collaborate with different departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.


• Design and produce marketing materials, presentations, and other visual content


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.


• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.


• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills


• Strong graphics and creativity skills


• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills


• Creativity and ability to think outside the box


• Experience in branding


• Attention to detail


• Knowledge of design software and tools


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Experience in the engineering industry is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Communication, Design, Marketing or similar fields)
