Job Summary: 



  • We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development, Sales & Growth Manager to drive growth, revenue, and brand strategy across our B2B, B2C, and FMCG verticals.

  • The successful candidate will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a proven marketing, sales, and business development track record.

  • They will develop and execute strategies to drive brand growth, build partnerships, and lead a high-performing team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. 


Key Responsibilities: 



  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement across B2B, B2C, and FMCG verticals 

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, including marketing and sales professionals 

  • Build and maintain our brand identity and messaging across all channels 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and deals in B2B, B2C, and FMCG sectors 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders 

  • Create and deliver high-quality sales decks, pitches, and demos 

  • Analyse marketing and sales metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance 

  • Manage marketing and sales budgets and resources to achieve business objectives 

  • Develop and execute creative product placements and out-of-the-box marketing strategies 

  • Negotiate and close deals with partners and vendors 

  • Secure sponsorships and partnerships to drive brand growth and revenue 

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to reach new audiences 

  • Drive sales and establish partnerships for FMCG products to expand market presence 


Requirements: 



  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, business development, and sales, preferably in the food service, hospitality, FMCG, or entertainment industry 

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions 

  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 

  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools 

  • Ability to demo products virtually and in person 

  • Ability to put together high-quality decks 

  • A people person with excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Well-spoken and emotionally intelligent

  • Achieve a high & consistent satisfaction rating from customers and stakeholders 

  • Successfully bring together partnerships and collaborations to drive brand growth and customer engagement 

  • Close deals and negotiate effectively with partners and vendors 

  • Secure sponsorships and partnerships to drive brand growth and revenue 

  • Drive FMCG product sales and expand market presence through strategic partnerships
