What the job involves



  • As the HR Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems

  • Support manpower planning and drive the recruiting strategy for the company, while ensuring the retention of critical talent and high performers.

  • Your expertise in HR operations will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, improving efficiency, and supporting the overall employee experience

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, benefit & compensation administration, and employee records management

  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status

  • Update internal databases with new hire information

  • Implement best practices to enhance the overall employee experience

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

  • Support payroll management

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.

  • Partner with HR team members to conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

  • Prepare for and participate in external audits when necessary

  • Design an employee engagement strategies

  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts, if required

  • Monitor budgets by department

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law


Who you are



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 7-8 years HR operations experience

  • ACIPM or similar professional certification(s) a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Thorough knowledge of HR procedures, policies, employment-related laws and regulations

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Proficiency with various HRIS systems
