Overview

• The QC Lead will oversee and ensure the quality of all products and processes within our cashew processing operations.


• This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding quality control protocols in the food processing industry.


• The QC Lead will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage the QC team to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.


• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.


• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify and address quality issues.


• Prepare clear and concise reports on quality control activities, findings, and improvements.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all operations.


• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.


• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.


• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.


• Proactively address and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints.

What we are looking for:

Full-time, in-person role.

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in a food processing company and the FMCG industry.


• Minimum qualification of HND.


• Proximity to our office at Matori is an advantage.


• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience.


• Strong attention to detail and result-oriented approach.


• Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.


• Excellent analytical, organizational, networking, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a food processing company, specifically within the cashew or nuts industry.


• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices in the FMCG sector.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance and quality standards.
