Needs Assessment: Understand clients' HR needs and challenges to provide tailored HRIS solutions.
Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
