Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Secretary to provide administrative support to our client. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a strong background in executive assistance. Applicants with proven portfolio showing they can manage multiple priorities will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
- Assist in preparing materials and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects or reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with project management tools/software.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
