We're seeking an experienced Online Sales/Shop Manager to oversee our e-commerce platforms on Jumia, Konga, Jiji, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. These e-commerce sites are owned by ou clients in difeerent fields including technology, hygiene, packaging, Gift, cleaning etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online stores on multiple platforms


• Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO)


• Provide exceptional customer service during store hours


• Meet sales targets and track performance metrics


• Coordinate logistics for delivering products to drop centers as needed


• Ensure accurate product listings and inventory management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales management


• Strong organizational and computer skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Results-oriented with attention to detail


• Residency in Lagos is mandatory
