Salary Expectation: ₦150,000 Gross


Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Revenue Officer to join our team. The Sales & Revenue Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and optimizing sales processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities.



  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling,  strategic intros, networking events, and referrals.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Support the Sales lead in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Secure discovery calls with prospects and work with the team to convert prospects into leads and leads into paying customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.


Requirements



  • Minimum HND educational qualification

  • Minimum of 2yrs of related experience in sales or related roles within logistics or financial services

  • Solid track record of results and impact

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation expertise with fluid relationship management skills 

  • Ability to identify and solve problems

  • The candidate must reside in Lagos & Ibadan
