Job Description:


We are currently looking for a seasoned practitioner or contractor with a proven track record in front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products.


Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:




  • Customer Relationship Management:



    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

    • Identify customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




  • Sales and Marketing:



    • Generate sales leads and follow up on existing leads.

    • Promote and sell food and beverage products to clients, including restaurants, hotels, and retail stores.

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.




  • Product Knowledge:



    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s food and beverage products.

    • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.

    • Provide product demonstrations and tastings to clients.




Requirements for a Sales Representative:




  1. Education:



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

    • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.




  2. Experience:



    • Proven experience as a sales representative in the food and beverage industry.

    • Experience in customer relationship management and sales strategies.




  3. Skills:



    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

    • Ability to understand and meet customer needs.

    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.




  4. Product Knowledge:



    • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products.

    • Ability to educate customers on product features and benefits.




  5. Technical Proficiency:



    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.




  6. Personal Qualities:



    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

    • High level of professionalism and work ethic.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




  7. Travel:



    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry event




  8. Certifications:



    • Relevant certifications in sales or food and beverage management are a plus.




  9. Physical Requirements:



    • Ability to lift and carry product samples and promotional materials.

    • Capability to stand for extended periods during product demonstrations and events.




  10. Language Skills:



    • Proficiency in English and pigin  is a plus, depending on the market.
