We are currently looking for seasoned practitioners or contractors with a proven track record in  front desk operations. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Hospitality with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

  • Handle reservations and provide information about hotel facilities

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly

  • Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks

  • Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction


Requirements:



  • Minimum 1 years of experience in hospitality

  • Proven ability to manage and meet performance targets

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Relevant certifications
