Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
- Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients, partners, sponsors, and donors to generate repeat business and find new opportunities
- Seek ways to improve business operations and keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry
- Generate sales or service reports for clients and senior management
- Conduct customer service presentations and workshops
- Develop surveys and obtain client information
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to identify and reach sales and profitability targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to act on feedback and provide meaningful solutions
- Experience in leading and developing a successful sales team
- Working knowledge of relevant software, including spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to compile and present reports to management
- Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
- Confidence and ability to deal with high-end clients and important stakeholders
