Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be tasked with monitoring and managing various systems and processes from a central control room.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage various systems and processes from a central control room.


• Identify and address any irregularities or issues that arise.


• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.


• Provide clear and concise reports on system status and incidents.


• Perform routine checks and maintenance on control room equipment.


• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.


• Assist in the development and implementation of control room procedures.


• Maintain accurate records of system performance and incidents.


• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with emergency response teams.


• Conduct training sessions for new control room staff.


• Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.


• Implement corrective actions to address system issues.


• Ensure all control room activities are documented and reported.


• Monitor environmental conditions and adjust systems as needed.


• Coordinate with external agencies and contractors as required.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.


• Previous experience in a control room or similar environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
