Our client is a wealth management company specializing in investment immigration, investment advisory, and insurance services.


JOB DESCRIPTION


The Program Manager will lead, direct, and coordinate our product application process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with global regulations including dealing with our international partners relative to the product.


The ideal candidate will possess:



  •  Strong leadership and technical expertise

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proven track record of successful product management


Key responsibilities include:



  • Overseeing and monitoring program analysts' tasks and activities

  • Ensuring adherence to standard documentary requirements and regulations for assigned country's program


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Driving process improvement and excellence in product application management

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on immigration laws and other laws relative to the product, regulations, and requirements for various investment programs in host countries

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Residency by Investment and Citizenship by Investment programs offered by different countries

  • Lead and manage a team of program analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure a collaborative work environment

  • Conduct financial analysis on client files as needed

  • Stay up-to-date on global changes in immigration laws, policies, and regulations

  • Deliver training sessions to internal teams on compliance requirements and document control processes

  • Maintain accurate and current records of clients under management

  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

  • Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and procedures

  • Provide regular reports as required

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by direct reporT


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred)

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience

  • Proven track record of success in a related field
