Job Description

• As a Female Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations


• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment


• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures


• Monitor and manage inventory and supplies


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly


• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations


• Collaborate with management to improve processes and services

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


• Proficient in using relevant software and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc in Hospitality


• Female preferably


• Available for immediate resumption


• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry


• Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting


• Understanding of health and safety regulations
