JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary of Job Role (Duties and Responsibilities)    

• Review customer’s requests and enforce compliance assurance functions in line with the with the Bank’s laid down procedures, regulatory dictates and requirements. 


• Review all transactions against dollarization policy


• Confirmation and enforcement of regulatory requirements on cash funded transaction.


• Authorization of payment transactions


• Rate reasonability check functions


• Prompt response to all customers’ requests, correspondences and enquiries


• Daily call over of previous day transactions


• Coaching and recognition that help employees improve their performance.

Education Background / Professional Qualification    

• First Degree in Social Sciences and related discipline 


• Master degree and other professional certification (added advantage).

Minimum Year of Experience Required    5-7 years’ experience in International/Domiciliary Fund Transfer Services
