Job Summary
Sales Associate position available at a leading Nigerian retailer for luxury watches & Jewelry. Seeking dynamic individuals with experience in the luxury and banking space to set and achieve sales goals, cultivate customer relationships, and drive business growth through effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the communicated annual sales revenue and volume target on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to line manager on sales performance, customer footfall, steps of sales call and competition activities.
- Attend the weekly meetings and other approved meetings which will include sales performance review, role play, visual merchandising and product knowledge
- Committed to delivering high-quality service for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and external partners to achieve results.
- Brings creativity to problem-solving and translates ideas into actionable plans.
- Revive all inactive/dormant accounts into active buying clients within the customers portfolio managed.
- Actively participate and contribute towards the culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, work ethic, high sales achievement and customer
- Operates with awareness of social impact and ethical considerations.
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc / HND in Marketing or relevant field required.
- Minimum 5 - 7years of sales experience in the relevant field
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good sales ethics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software, with good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to set and achieve goals, adapts to change and maintains strong work ethic
