Responsibilities

• Greet and Seat Customers: Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.


• Present Menus and Provide Recommendations: Explain menu items and specials, and offer suggestions based on customer preferences.


• Take Orders: Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.


• Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly and ensure correct orders.


• Check on Customers: Regularly check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.


• Handle Payments: Provide the bill, process payments, and return any change.


• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tables, dining areas, and workstations clean and organized.


• Address Customer Complaints: Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.


• Assist with Opening/Closing Duties: Help with setting up before service and cleaning up after service.


• Collaborate with Staff: Work effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure a smooth service.
