Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Perform cleaning duties to maintain a clean and hygienic workplace.

  • Responsible for daily cleaning of office work space, including restrooms and kitchen.

  • Empty waste bins and replace liners twice weekly.

  • Periodic dusting of furniture and blinds as wells as cleaning of windows and fans.

  • Always ensure facilities cleanliness and report any damage and mismanagement to management.

  • Notify management of any cleaning needs.

  • Assist in occasional property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.

  • Assist in running office errands.

  • Perform receptionist duties

  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Assist with other duties when requested.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Candidate must possess a minimum of SSCE / NECO / GCE

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidate must reside within Warri.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
