  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

  • Think strategically see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

  • Work strategically carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.

  • Have a good understanding of the business products or services and be able to advise team members about them

  • Train members of your team, arrange training where appropriate

  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates

  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

  • Help to plan sales campaigns, create a sales pipeline and increase sales of the business products.

  • carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to management

  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

  • 3+ years experience in sales, marketing or related field.

  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • A real estate background will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
