  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Energy Sales Executives (Females for gender balance)to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling solar products such as inverters, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), and solar panels, with a deep understanding of PV (Photovoltaic) solar systems.

  • You will be responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy market.

  • Provide technical support and product information to customers.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective clients.

  • Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the solar energy sector.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Keep abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • 4 - 7 years experience.

  • Proven experience in sales of solar products, including inverters, UPS, and solar panels.

  • Females for gender balance

  • Strong technical understanding of PV (Photovoltaic) solar energy systems and components.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
