Job Summary
- Every Stock Item is accounted for
- Ensure all customer's requisitions are processed Quickly
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions
- Warehouse's inner and outside is always clean, clear and organized
- Proper Depot process flow is followed to ensure easy picking and stacking of stock even during peak periods
- Coordinates transfer of stock to all depots
- Participate in stock count exercises.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow warehouse process flow to ensure orderliness within, and with respect to operations of the warehouse
- Follow up to ensure proper documentation of warehouse activities, proper record keeping, proper check of waybills
- Proper DAILY filing and submission of source documents to the Accounts department
- Ensure proper and accurate software postings of physical documents.
- Follow up with pick up, put away, loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks in the warehouse.
- Track KPIs and take action to achieve optimal performance.
- Participate in physical stock counts and reconciliation quarterly
- Follow up with inter-depot stock movement
- Ensure proper recording of market returns as per company policy
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Key Performance Indicators
- Work to make sure there is free flow in the warehouse.
- Follow up stock receipt, warehousing and distribution
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of transactions
- Stock not missing
- Timely servicing of stock. Delivery of stock to clients
- Ensure proper understanding of the importance of warehouse layout
- Demonstrate understanding the value of ‘A Customer.
- Can temporarily sit in for the Warehouse Manager

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 7 years work experience.
