Main Responsibilities



  • Develop business growth in all areas of business; Internet Connection, Managed services, SD-WAN, and Private Cloud services.

  • Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand our market presence and generate new revenue streams.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom service providers, enterprise customers, and industry influencers.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical team, accounts team and operations, to align business strategies and ensure successful execution of new initiatives.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the telecom sector to identify business opportunities and position the company as a leader.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous business growth.

  • Prepare and present reports, business proposals, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.

  • Drive business growth and achieve sales targets within Internet services, Managed services, SD-WAN, and Private Cloud services.

  • Identify strategic business opportunities and forge partnerships to expand market presence and revenue streams.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom service providers, our foreign Partners and enterprise customers.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Act as a representative of the company and maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions.


Personal Qualities & Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development/sales within the telecom industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry landscape, including Internet services, Managed services, SD-WAN and Private Cloud services.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be currently occupying a similar position.

  • Must have an existing sales & marketing network/portfolio.


Age Bracket:



  • 32 – 45 years of age.
