Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Canteen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company's canteen in Lagos.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the canteen staff, coordinating food production and service, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the canteen staff, including cooks, Waiters, and cleaning staff


• Plan and coordinate food production and service


• Ensure high-quality food and service standards


• Maintain a clean and safe canteen environment


• Manage inventory and supplies


• Develop and implement menus and meal plans


• Monitor and control expenses


• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in canteen management


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work well under pressure


• Excellent customer service skills


• Basic accounting and inventory management skills


• Food safety and hygiene certification (desirable)
