  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing deals by effectively processing and converting lead inquiries generated from our ad campaigns into sales.

  • You will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our customer base.


Responsibilities



  • Lead Processing: Quickly and efficiently respond to and process incoming lead inquiries from our ad campaigns.

  • Customer Engagement: Contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and present suitable solar installation solutions.

  • Sales Presentation: Provide detailed information about our solar products and services, including benefits, pricing, and financing options.

  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to answer questions, address concerns, and move them through the sales funnel.

  • Deal Closing: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the quality and relevance of leads generated from ad campaigns.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth transition from sale to installation and customer satisfaction.


Experience



  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector and a network of potential client.


Skills:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
