  • We are seeking to recruit a Digital Channel Sales Officer who will be responsible for driving sales revenue by marketing the bank's Digital product such as internet banking, mobile App, USSD services, POS terminals, etc.


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Manage and optimize digital channels to improve customer engagement and adoption rates.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging digital channels.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor's offerings, and emerging technologies.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees in Business, Marketing, or related fields

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or digital channels or related experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques.

  • Results-driven and target-oriented

  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
