Job Summary
- The Sourcing and Deployment Officer is responsible for the overall sourcing of Operatives for the business.
- He/she will serve as a major contact for the recruitment of physically and medically fit personnel to join our guards workforce.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily/weekly Sourcing for prospective operatives to be trained by the training coordinator.
- Poaching/referrals of Operatives for the experienced personnel.
- Ensure we have a pool of operatives needed for deployment.
- Liaise with managers across the board to determine staffing requirements in terms of operatives (Activation and replacement).
- Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate within the company policy.
- Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related legal requirements.
- Ensures proper assessment are carried out on all operatives.
- Confirm the eligibility of the candidates before being trained.
- Prepares weekly reports of activities on recruitment and other tasks.
Skills / Education Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in relevant field.
- 2 - 3 years experience in similar roles in Security organisations.
- Good communication skills.
- Any other job assigned by the Superior(s).
