Job Summary



  • The Sourcing and Deployment Officer is responsible for the overall sourcing of Operatives for the business.

  • He/she will serve as a major contact for the recruitment of physically and medically fit personnel to join our guards workforce.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Daily/weekly Sourcing for prospective operatives to be trained by the training coordinator.

  • Poaching/referrals of Operatives for the experienced personnel.

  • Ensure we have a pool of operatives needed for deployment.

  • Liaise with managers across the board to determine staffing requirements in terms of operatives (Activation and replacement).

  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate within the company policy.

  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related legal requirements.

  • Ensures proper assessment are carried out on all operatives.

  • Confirm the eligibility of the candidates before being trained.

  • Prepares weekly reports of activities on recruitment and other tasks.


Skills / Education Requirements



  • Minimum of a Diploma in relevant field.

  • 2 - 3 years experience in similar roles in Security organisations.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Any other job assigned by the Superior(s).
