Job Summary



  • Lead and direct projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Oversee project teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute project plans, setting goals, objectives, and timelines.

  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

  • Communicate project progress, updates, and reports to stakeholders.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and customer requirements.

  • Manage project changes, issues, and conflicts.

  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and standards.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record.

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
