  • As a Digital Account Lead and Strategist, you will oversee the digital marketing efforts for clients.

  • Our ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for sports betting.

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative digital strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Client Management:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sports betting client, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client goals and expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, reporting, and proactive communication.

  • Develop and present strategic digital marketing plans, campaign ideas, and performance reports to clients.


Strategic Planning:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics, and development) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.


Campaign Management:



  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.


Performance Analysis:



  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set benchmarks for success.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and client feedback.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and strategy development.

  • Experience working with a sports betting brand.

  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns within the sports betting industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting, including different sports, types of bets, odds calculation, and popular betting markets.


Skills and Competencies:



  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
