Job Summary



  • We are seeking motivated NYSC interns to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across various arms of the business.

  • As an NYSC Intern at MacTay Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and contribute to our company’s success.

  • This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience and develop your skills in Human Resources Management Consulting. You will be working closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your internship.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist with Projects: Support the team with ongoing projects, including research, data analysis, and project management tasks.

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

  • Data Entry and Management: Assist in collecting, entering, and managing data related to HR Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, IT etc.

  • Client Support: Provide support to clients and customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on your work progress and outcomes to your supervisor and team.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, and other related field of study

  • NYSC Status: Currently undergoing or about to commence the NYSC program.


Skills:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
