  • This is a full-time hybrid role as a DSA (Direct Sales Agents) Manager at Koolboks.

  • The DSA Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Direct Sales Agents and overseeing the sales process.

  • The day-to-day tasks include training and coaching the sales team, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • This role is located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
