This is a full-time hybrid role as a DSA (Direct Sales Agents) Manager at Koolboks.
The DSA Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Direct Sales Agents and overseeing the sales process.
The day-to-day tasks include training and coaching the sales team, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
This role is located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
