Job Description

• GeneSys Health is looking to hire two (2) Implementation Support who will utilize their high-level communication and technical skills to onboard new clients, carry out onsite deployment and troubleshooting our e-health products and solutions at our clients' location.


• As Implementation support, you will be required to provide support to end-users to ensure they are fully adopting and integrating products into their facilities and managing a smooth transition to our clients’ success team for continued service and use. 

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any technology-related course with at least 2 years relevant work experience. 


• Minimum of 2 years (s) work experience in IT support and/or customer-facing roles in the IT industry.


• Understanding of network design, computer systems and troubleshooting processes. 


• Knowledge of hospital operations, HMIS, and EMR would be an added advantage. 


• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, project management and product sales capabilities. 


• Strong report writing, analytical, and time management skills, with a keen eye for details. 


• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders. 


• Location Needed: Lagos and Benin (Being an Indigene would be an added advantage).
