Job Overview:


The Sales representative for all transport-related products in Nigeria plays a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience and a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to effectively manage the sales process from start to finish.


Job Duties:



  1. Responsible for developing customers and closing sales transaction on transport related products -vehicles, parts (including tire, battery, filters and other parts), machineries, in Nigeria.

  2. Responsible for facilitating and expediting all process of the business transaction, including (not limited) regular visiting existing clients to maintain relationship, clarify enquiry/concern, negotiate business terms, Signed PO/agreement, Form M, L/C, outstanding payment.

  3. Responsible for communication and coordination on all pre-sales and after-sales related matters.

  4. Responsible for the new products and new business opportunities’ analysis, development and risk control in Nigeria.

  5. Collect information of competitors and competitor’s products.

  6. Analyze new client and risk levels.

  7. Collect payment from the clients before/after the delivery (based on the transaction).

  8. Develop, expand and support local sales channels, such as dealers and / or agents.

  9. Maintain and expand relationship with local authorities.

  10. Other tasks and support from head office under Beijing office’s directions. 


Requirements:



  • Previous experience as a  team leader with 5 years or more of experience in the relevant field.

  • Preference given to candidates with downstream customer resources.

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Capability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.

  • Able to develop and implement sales plans to achieve company sales goals.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
