Principal Responsibility:

• Well versed in Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Ferromatic injection moulding machine on both PET/HDPE, Versatile in clamping system like ramp, toggle…


• Should have good skills in reading Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical schematic engineering drawings


• Well versed with mold installation and commissioning. Good process expert with Versatile product like Flip top caps, screw caps, plug inserts, paint buckets, lids, handles, household and furniture.


• Core sequence settings accordingly for the product which requires core pull and push.


• Well versed on IML molds and robotics.


• Should be a Team player with good interpersonal skills


• Should have worked throughout his career in electrical maintenance Field


• Good follower of OEM maintenance manual


• Auxiliary experience added advantages chiller, dryer, air compressor, Gen Set.

Educational Qualifications:

• DEEE, / BE Electrical & Electronic


• Knowledge and Experience:


• Minimum 7-10 years
