  • Process salaries and taking it to the bank

  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

  • Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable

  • Sending invoices to clients

  • Tracking organisation expenses

  • Processing refunds

  • Communicating with clients regarding payments

  • Record keeping

  • Account recounciliation

  • Maintenance of expenses account

  • Procesing of taxes, levies and PFA and remit them to designated bank account

  • Taking stock of available properties.


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational and analytical skill

  • Must be proficient in bookkeeping

  • Must pay attention to detail.
