Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products.

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.

  • Conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors.

  • Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

  • Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

  • Analyze the impact of such promotions and submit report to the Sales Manager for assessment and evaluation.

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc / B.A in Business Administration / Marketing, or a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ strategic sales/campaign experience in FMCG/E- Banking company.

  • Having the ability to create and present an annual marketing plan and strategy, as well as manage the implementation of the business marketing strategy toward success.
