Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products.
- Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors.
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Analyze the impact of such promotions and submit report to the Sales Manager for assessment and evaluation.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / B.A in Business Administration / Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ strategic sales/campaign experience in FMCG/E- Banking company.
- Having the ability to create and present an annual marketing plan and strategy, as well as manage the implementation of the business marketing strategy toward success.
