Position Overview: 

We are seeking talented and experienced Architects to join our client at the Customer Experience Centre. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience by providing expert advice and support in our exclusive showrooms.

About our client

Our client is a manufacturing company specialized in production of premium quality sanitary ware, ceramic and porcelain tiles to cater for the market demand in Nigeria, Africa and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural and design consultations to customers in the showroom.


• Assist customers in selecting building materials and products that meet their needs and preferences.


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.


• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in architecture and building materials.


• Create and present design proposals to customers.


• Manage customer inquiries and follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (minimum requirement).


• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.


• Previous experience working in building materials companies is highly desirable.


• Strong design and presentation skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


• Proficiency in architectural design software
