Description 



  • Assist the different station chefs in the kitchen, help prepare ingredients and perform other kitchen tasks

  • Assist other kitchen staff as needed

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specification, served at the correct quality, portion size, and temperature

  • Assist in overseeing and directing all aspects of the operation of the kitchen

  • Assist in food preparation, storing, and service delivery to customers

  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times

  • Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Previous experience in a similar or related position is usually required


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.

  • Experience: 2-3 years.
